Ingredients
- 350g Mince Beef
- 250g Sausage Mince
- 1 Cup fresh Breadcrumbs
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Lg Carrot grated
- 1 Egg
- 1 pkt Salt Reduced Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
Directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pack into a loaf tin and bake at 180C for 1 hour.
- Serve with creamy mashed potatoes also great cold or as fried slices for breakfast.
